Who are you?
Nilus is looking for a Head ofx Delivery to contribute in the following ways:
- Design and implement scalable data operations processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency across our product and product efforts.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and CS leaders to identify operational friction points and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Establish and maintain a strong data-driven approach by developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product performance and team effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a product operations tech stack that enhances team productivity, improves knowledge management, and supports effective product decision-making.
- Serve as the operational backbone of our Product organization, championing and coaching process excellence while maintaining our focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in product operations, enablement, delivery, management, or similar roles within tech companies.
- Experience in directly managing a multifunctional team with different domains.
- Deep familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Maonday, Linear, etc.
- Extensive experience with data analytics tools and SQL to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing product development processes, metrics frameworks, and operational systems that drive efficiency and quality
- Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt processes to fit different team needs while maintaining organizational alignment.
- Experience establishing and facilitating Customer Advisory Boards, Innovation Labs, and other voice of customer programs that directly inform product strategy.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and budgeting processes to optimize team efficiency and product delivery.
