We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Senior Frontend Engineer with a focus on MarTech (Marketing Technology) and Growth to play a key role in shaping the user experience and driving user acquisition and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and growth teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize user interfaces and contribute to the overall success of our growth initiatives.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development:
    • Lead website redesign and implementation in Next.JS
    • Design and implement funnel changes
  • MarTech Integration:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate MarTech tools and platforms seamlessly into the frontend, ensuring efficient data tracking, analytics, and user segmentation.
    • Implement and optimize marketing tags, pixels, and other tracking mechanisms to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    • Lead initiatives to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and continuous optimization of the user interface.
    • Implement and enhance user journeys to maximize user engagement and conversion.
  • Personalization and User Segmentation:
    • Develop frontend solutions that enable dynamic content personalization based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant data.
    • Work closely with growth teams to implement and refine user segmentation strategies.
  • Performance Marketing Support:
    • Support the implementation of landing pages and interactive elements for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring a seamless transition from ad to conversion.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and maintain tracking for advertising performance.
  • User Analytics:
    • Implement and maintain frontend analytics solutions to provide insights into user behavior, traffic patterns, and other relevant metrics.
    • Work with data analysts to interpret analytics data and provide recommendations for improving user experience and engagement.
  • Growth Experiments:
    • Collaborate with growth teams to design and implement frontend experiments aimed at identifying and optimizing high-impact growth opportunities.
    • Iterate on user interfaces based on experiment results and user feedback.

🙌 Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in frontend development with a focus on MarTech and Growth, with at least 5 years of experience.
    • Track record of successfully integrating and optimizing MarTech tools and platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Javascript programming language
    • Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and Server side rendering in Next.JS.
    • Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries and MarTech integrations (e.g., React, Next.JS, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
    • Experience with Segment for event tracking
    • Experience with cloud technologies such AWS, Heroku, Cloudflare etc
    • Prior experience in Python and Django is a huge bonus
  • Marketing Acumen:
    • Understanding of marketing concepts, conversion optimization, and user segmentation.
    • Familiarity with digital advertising and performance marketing principles.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Compensation Range: $195,000 - $214,000 USD annual base salary
