  • Execution and Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partnership agreements, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Continuously monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, industry influencers, and internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage resources and expertise in support of partnership initiatives.
  • Results Measurement: Establish clear KPIs and metrics to track partnership performance and effectiveness. Regularly analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of strategic partnerships on business outcomes.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics relevant to partnership opportunities. Leverage market insights to inform partnership strategies and identify emerging opportunities for growth.

Required Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of business development and/or strategic partnership experience. Startup experience is a major plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from analysis.
  • Proven track record of exceeding partnership performance targets and delivering results in a complex environment with limited resources.
  • Outstanding deck and presentation skills and ability to create succinct and structured presentations capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues.
