About the role:

CashBook is looking for a Sales Intern who is ready to hit the ground running. This role involves speaking with multiple prospective clients every single day, so we need someone who genuinely understands sales and communication — not just someone who's willing to learn on the job. You'll be expected to handle a high volume of client conversations daily while keeping every interaction sharp, clear, and persuasive.

This internship is a direct pipeline to a full-time role. We're hiring for someone who can commit beyond the internship period and convert into a full-time team member based on performance.

What you'll do:

  • Speak with multiple clients daily over calls and messages, managing a high volume of outreach and follow-ups without dropping quality
  • Understand client needs quickly and pitch CashBook's product in a way that resonates with each specific business
  • Manage and prioritize a full pipeline of leads on any given day
  • Adapt your pitch and approach on the fly based on client type, objections, and feedback
  • Work closely with the sales team to close deals and hit targets

What we are looking for :

  • Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and communication techniques — this isn't an entry point into learning what sales is
  • Ability to comfortably handle high call/conversation volume across a single day without losing consistency
  • Quick learner who can pick up product knowledge, objection handling, and sales scripts fast
  • Highly adaptable — comfortable switching tone and strategy across different client personas and situations
  • Immediately available to join
  • Willing and able to continue full-time after the internship, subject to performance-based conversion.
