About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer who takes full ownership of the design process, from the very first discovery conversation to the final handoff to engineering. You'll work closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to solve real problems for enterprise or fintech users, balancing user needs with business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery by running user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and competitive analysis to frame the right problems
• Define user journeys, information architecture, and UX strategy before jumping into screens
• Own the full design process: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI
• Run usability tests, find insights, and iterate quickly
• Deliver dev-ready Figma handoffs with thorough specs, annotations, and edge-case coverage
• Contribute to and maintain the design system
• Present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate in agile squads: sprint planning, reviews, and daily collaboration with engineers

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
• A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. You break down hard problems before jumping into solutions
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping
• Understands front-end fundamentals well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Communicates design decisions clearly to any audience, from engineers to senior stakeholders
• Takes ownership and drives work forward without needing to be told what to do next

Nice to Have

• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, analytics
• Familiarity with fintech domains (payments, accounting)
• Experience working with AI tools to speed up the design process
