🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

CashBook is building the future of employee expense management using UPI wallets. We are looking for a driven and process-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand business requirements, and move qualified prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel.

• Handle inbound and outbound leads and connect with business decision-makers
• Qualify leads based on company size, use case, decision-maker, and readiness
• Clearly explain CashBook’s product offering (UPI wallets, expense tracking, approvals, dashboards)
• Move leads through CRM stages: New → Interested → Demo Scheduled → Demo Done
• Schedule and coordinate product demos with founders / account managers
• Capture and update all lead details accurately in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Understand customer objections and handle basic product and pricing queries
• Work closely with the sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handover

• 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, inside sales, or SaaS sales
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/regional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and CRM usage
• Basic understanding of business workflows, finance, or SaaS products is preferred
• Self-driven, organised, and eager to learn
