🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate
📍 Location: Bengaluru (Indiranagar)

🕒 Experience: 6 months – 1.5 years
CashBook is building the future of employee expense management through UPI wallets and smart approval workflows. We work with growing businesses across India to simplify expense tracking, reconciliation, and control.
We’re looking for a highly driven BDA to be the first point of contact for our prospective customers and partners.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and understand business use cases
- Schedule product demos for the sales team
- Own follow-ups and nurture leads through multiple touchpoints
- Run and manage email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach campaigns end-to-end
- Maintain accurate lead updates and notes in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-demo
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and structured outreach
- Basic understanding of SaaS / fintech products is a plus
- High ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Prior experience handling partnership programs with CAs, accounting firms, or channel partners will be a strong plus
