THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Lead who possesses hands-on expertise and management abilities to lead our IT initiatives. In this role, you will support the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions across our offices. Your day-to-day will include managing and tracking all software subscriptions, maintaining hardware assets, providing ongoing support for our office infrastructure, and ensuring that proper regulatory policies and security processes are in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the IT infrastructure roadmap, architecture, and processes, managing ongoing projects.

  • Lead desktop and Helpdesk support, resolving application and workstation issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

  • Streamline hardware procurement, logistics, and inventory management for efficient operations.

  • Install, configure, and maintain company computers while overseeing employee endpoints through MDM software.

  • Establish automated enforcement of security policies, ensuring compliance and system integrity.

  • Deploy, manage, and maintain networking, video conferencing, and other physical equipment in our Tel Aviv office while providing remote support for our US-based offices.

  • Operate within a hybrid Mac/Windows environment, collaborating closely with our security, DevOps and people teams for seamless integration and optimization.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 4 years in an IT or sysadmin-focused role, including experience with end-user support

  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with Mac OS, Windows, and networking equipment.

  • Experience working with third-party hardware, software, and logistics vendors

  • Experience in implementing and leveraging MDM solutions.setting up and working with MDM software.

  • Experience with JumpCloud/Okta/Other, Google Workspace, and SSO integrations.

  • A people person with excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams reaching high levels of productivity

  • Can-do attitude, with the ability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

  • Leadership experience - Advantage

  • Experience with Fintech regulations (SOC2, PCI) - Advantage
