As the Global Marketing Director your main priorities are:
- Build the marketing function from scratch
- Develop and execute the Navro GTM strategy and supporting content plan with a focus on building a predictable, scalable ABM machine.
- Evaluate and update the overarching Navro value proposition, positioning and messaging and cascade this down for each ICP and persona updating the website and all product materials accordingly.
- Support the sales and Client Solution teams with the right materials (e.g. sales decks, battle cards and case studies) to improve funnel conversion, improve win rates and increase customer retention, expansion and advocacy.
- Work cross functionally to further build a trusted and forward-thinking brand across the EMEA region.
- Drive scalable demand generation campaigns to deliver user growth via performance marketing, SEO, and more
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns, including first-and third-party events, OOH advertising, and co-marketing with strategic partners.
- Surface and champion customer insights that enrich our understanding of our target audience, and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segments.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Established yourself as a B2B Enterprise Marketing leader with a track record of delivering growth at an early stage company journey
- A background in payments / fintech.
- Built and developed ABM programmes as part of an aligned GTM strategy.
- Comfort in building a marketing function from scratch with limited resources, operating at all levels from presenting at board meetings to hands on execution of campaigns.
- The ability to story tell by bringing the brand to life showcasing the value it provides backed up with data.
- Passion for the customer, building strong relationships with the ICP to create a deep understanding of their challenges as well as understanding the broader ecosystem of partners and influencers who can support Navro in its growth.
- Full understanding on how to balance investment in each stage of the funnel from awareness to retention depending on the business needs.
- Strong Data analytical skills- you are constantly testing, learning and optimising marketing campaigns based on results - You own the P&L
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills -highly collaborative, developing relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders from product and sales to partners and influencers.
- At least 10 years of Marketing experience, ideally with a focus on scaled B2B growth.
- A track record of integrated campaigns that drive both brand and business metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, a data driven orientation, and uncompromising attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
- An ability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and remain adaptable.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
