What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a freelance/part-time UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable experiences across complex B2B workflows.
What you’ll be doing
- Design clear, intuitive experiences for multi-step treasury workflows (payments, reconciliation, approvals, cash visibility, etc.).
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design and refine AI-powered experiences, including chat-based flows, assistant interactions, and automated decision workflows.
Create demos, interactive prototypes, short product videos, and visuals that communicate complex financial concepts simply. - Collaborate on marketing collateral that showcases Nilus’ product value-automation, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across dashboards and interfaces.
- Operate in a startup environment where speed, clarity, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
Your qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance & Accounting, or as a CSM in a relevant area
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and support executive and end-user stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs
- Excited to enable customers with product training and support
- Experience working with Excel to analyze customer trends and metrics
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a SaaS or software company- bonus
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving adoption and retention - bonus
- Experience working with US subsidiaries or international financial operations – bonus
- Exposure to venture-backed startups, fundraising, and investor relations – bonus
