What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and results- driven Head of Marketing to take our brand and growth strategy to the next level. This role is for a strategic, hands-on marketer with deep B2B software experience, ideally in fintech.
You’ll own brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market execution, crafting innovative campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and measurable business impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love shaping strategy, have a ton of experience band want to build something big, we want you on our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish Nilus as a leader in AI-powered treasury management, driving brand awareness and market influence.
- Own product marketing—craft compelling messaging, ensure brand consistency across all channels, and equip the sales team with the tools they need to win.
- Lead multi-channel marketing efforts, including paid ads, SEO, field marketing, social media, and website optimization to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Create and drive content development strategy and thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and blogs.
- Implement and refine demand generation programs, leveraging automation and CRM tools to efficiently convert leads into customers.
- Analyze and optimize marketing performance, using data-driven insights to continuously improve strategy, boost conversion rates, and maximize impact.
Your qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with a focus on financial technology.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multiple marketing strategies and projects at the same time that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working as a trusted partner to sales.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
