Who we’re looking for

Looking to break into sales at a startup? We’re seeking an experienced and talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to increase quality pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research US potential accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals
  • Understand client needs and able to communicate our value proposition and product benefits in line with company messaging
  • Engage prospects by phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and other sales & marketing tools to generate new interest and new business potential
  • Manage sales operations tools and update lead activity in CRM & relevant platforms
  • Experiment with new strategies, analyze what’s working, and share feedback
  • Collaborate with AE and GTM teams to refine strategies, optimize sales processes and manage reporting.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as an SDR/BDR at B2B Saas companies
  • English at native level - a must
  • Self-starter, quick learner, goal-oriented
  • Tech-savvy - able to learn new platforms to track your work
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in finance, treasury, or accounting - advantage
