All companies need to have a clear understanding of their financials to improve their cash performance. Yet, finance teams still rely on Excel to gather data from multiple bank accounts, making it difficult to see their cash positions, identify cash flow trends, and generate insights to help the business grow.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the sole point of contact for product and clients financial data analysis.
• Drive product growth by providing insights and critical feedback for improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to drive actionable insights
• Define and implement KPIs across product, business, and ops
• Track product operational performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends, and make recommendations for improved efficiency and performance.
• Prepare ongoing and ad hoc financial client-facing reports, as well as internal analyses on client usage, product performance, and other key metrics.
• Translate product/business requirements to analytical logic, and create a very clear visualization which "tells the story" using a BI tool or other platform.

What We'd Love To See:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• SQL at a high level is mandatory
• Experience in Python - an advantage
• Experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Redash or similar
• Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
• An ability to understand complex ideas and simplify it to relevant stakeholders, strong analytical skills
• Team player, effective interpersonal skills and good vibes. Manage relationships with key partners across different functions, ability to work independently
• Self-learner who thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic environments of early-stage startups.
• B.S in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
