Did you love building Lego as a kid? Or were you on a competitive sports team? We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build our outbound machine, someone super motivated, numbers-driven, goal-oriented, and process-minded.

Responsibilities

  • Identify US accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals
  • Understand client needs and able to communicate our value proposition
  • Engage prospects by Phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and other sales and marketing tools
  • Update activity and report on the funnel in relevant platforms
  • Experiment with new strategies, analyze what's working, and share feedback
  • Working hours - most overlap with US hours (after 4 pm Israel time) for 16+ hours a week across Sun-Thurs.

Requirements

  • English at mother tongue level - a must
  • Background in finance or fintech - preferred
  • Strong track record of excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-starter, quick learner, goal-oriented
  • Tech-savvy - able to learn new platforms to track your work
