Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the sales across categories for all the categories in Services business
Lead the complete cycle of new customer acquisition, on boarding and service delivery
Responsible for achievement of the product wise financial metrics
Executing seamlessly the key initiatives focused on category penetration in existing customers & retention
Driving the margins from the onboarded customers and improving the profitability
Key Skills:
Sales Acumen: Relevant market knowledge and ability to drive revenue numbers through various sales channels
Relationship Management: Ability to drive numbers through retail outlets, customers, Channel partners and internal team
Customer orientation: Ability share insights with the internal sales team and work closely to solve customer pain points
Team Management: Ability to manage and build high performing team
Product Orientation: Ability to share insights on product and process gaps and drive adoption of digital product platforms
Prerequisites:
Must have 3-5 years of experience of sales team in trucking/logistics industry

Target Industries/Companies(Landscape)
Experience in Internet companies/ Ecommerce/ NBFC/ Banking/ Telecom Industry/ Commercial vehicles domain
