Requirements:
Actively working on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJs, etc.
Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
Must have Knowledge of Versioning systems like Git / Git-lab / Bitbucket
Someone who is self-driven and proactively looks to solve gaps in data, processes, or platforms and can collaborate with other functions to find a solution is our ideal candidate
SEO knowledge is an advantage.
Tracking - should be able to implement tracking and pass events to various analytics platforms.
Background in Google Analytics + GTM tag manager + Google optimize Background in website, marketing automation methodologies, A/B testing, or online marketing campaigns will be a bonus
Understanding of UI/UX from the design
The position's roadmap will also include managing robust and latest marketing platforms in our tech stack and working across functions to enable a data-led approach and conversion rate optimization.
Identify and communicate best practices for application architecture.
Work closely with the Product Managers, Designers, and Backend developers to implement versatile front-end solutions.
Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components.
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
Qualifications
B.Tech from Tier-1 college.
Should be at least around 5 years of experience in Backend/Full Stack development
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Excellent communication skills
