Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to spearhead Kaaj’s commercial engine.This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role where you will work directly with the founders to scale Kaaj’s presence in the small-business lending ecosystem.You’ll be responsible for creating predictable pipeline and turning early conversations into long-term revenue. This role blends sales, growth strategy, product storytelling, and relationship building.If you love building from zero-to-one, thrive in ambiguity, and are excited by fintech, lending, and AI – this role is for you.What You’ll DoSales & Pipeline Growth- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demos → pilots → close.- Create outbound campaigns targeting banks, equipment-finance lenders, brokers, and fintech partners.- Craft personalized outreach messages, sequences, and cadences.- Build relationships with executives (CEOs, CROs, Credit Officers, Ops leaders).- Track pipeline rigorously and translate field learnings into GTM strategy- Represent Kaaj at conferences, events, and webinars.- Collaborate on collateral: case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, landing pages, webinars.- Bring market insights into narrative shaping for lenders, brokers, and partners.Who You AreMust Have- Knowledge of small business lending ecosystem and equipment financing is a plus- Exceptional communicator who can clearly explain technical and financial concepts- Strong operator: organized, persistent, and rigorous about follow-ups- Comfortable owning revenue numbers and building processes from scratch- Excited by AI workflows and transforming legacy lending processes
