Position Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Success Analyst with a background in audit (Analyst/Senior Analyst level). This is not a “leave accounting behind” role - you should genuinely love financial reporting and want to elevate it for thousands of professionals. You’ll partner directly with our customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion, while also shaping our product through your accounting expertise.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked on audits, built relationships with clients, and knows what “great” financial reporting looks like. You’ll translate that expertise into customer success - driving value, enabling adoption, and creating champions.
What You’ll Do
Ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and long - term value realization of the Inscope tool.
Partner with accounting leaders to understand their reporting pain points and guide them through Inscope’s solutions.
Translate your accounting/audit expertise into practical workflows and best practices that elevate how teams report.
Lead training sessions, assist in quarterly business reviews, help drive expansion and renewal.
Work closely with product and engineering to provide structured customer feedback, helping us build features accountants wish they always had.
What You Need to Be Successful
Background: 2–3+ years in audit at a Big 4 or top - tier firm
Expertise: Good understanding of GAAP financial reporting and audits
Mindset: You enjoy financial reporting and believe it can - and should be better. You’re not running away from it, you want to transform it.
Skills: Exceptional client management and communication;
Approach: Low - ego, empathetic, and driven by customer outcomes. You thrive in a fast - moving startup environment.
