Position Overview

We’re hiring a Founding Marketing Manager — a full-stack B2B marketer who can build the marketing engine from 0 → 1 and help shape how the world discovers and understands Inscope.
This is not a “run the playbook” role. You’ll experiment, create, and lead — crafting a marketing motion that wins attention in a world where buyers don’t just Google, they ask ChatGPT. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and the GTM team to drive awareness, demand, and a clear, differentiated narrative for Inscope.

What You’ll Do

Own the funnel. Design and optimize campaigns that drive awareness and qualified pipeline - across paid, organic, events, and partnerships.
Experiment relentlessly. Test channels beyond traditional SEO - conversational platforms, influencer voices, industry communities, and AI search surfaces.
Create high-leverage content. Turn deep product knowledge and customer insights into stories that travel - blogs, newsletters, webinars, and social content that spark inbound curiosity.
Translate complexity into clarity. Position Inscope’s AI-powered automation in language that resonates with Controllers, accounting firms, and finance leaders.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to develop case studies, collateral, and targeted campaigns.
Measure what matters. Track KPIs across awareness, engagement, and pipeline to inform future investment.

What You Need to Be Successful

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in early-stage, high-growth environments.
Proven ability to build marketing from scratch — strategy, content, and execution.
Strong storytelling instincts and content creation skills — you can explain technical ideas clearly and compellingly.
Experience driving measurable awareness and qualified pipeline through creative, cross-channel campaigns.
Curiosity about the changing landscape of AI-driven discovery — how people research and evaluate software in a post-SEO world.
Comfort with hands-on execution — you’ll write, design, publish, and measure yourself.

Consistent inbound traffic from modern discovery surfaces (LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Slack communities, events).
A strong top-of-funnel engine driving qualified pipeline.
A clear, repeatable marketing narrative that resonates with our ICP.
Early customer stories and thought-leadership content that position Inscope as the category voice.
Defined metrics and playbooks ready to scale as we hire additional marketing roles.
