Job Description
What you will work on:
● AWS infra (EC2, EKS, LB, etc.) — design + ownership
● CI/CD using Jenkins + Argo CD
● Docker + Kubernetes in production
● Terraform for infra automation
● Monitoring with Prometheus + Grafana
● Debugging real production issues (not just dashboards)
You will work closely with backend engineers to make deployments faster, safer and less painful.
Requirements
What we expect:
● 4–5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infra
● Strong AWS + Linux fundamentals
● Hands-on Kubernetes + Docker (not just theoretical)
● Terraform experience
● Solid debugging skills in distributed systems
● Good understanding of networking + security
You should be comfortable taking ownership and making infra decisions, not just executing tasks.
Security & domain
We operate in a Fintech/NBFC setup, so this matters:
● Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and secure infra practices
● Awareness of access control, auditability and compliance
AI expectation
We expect engineers to use AI to move faster:
● Comfortable with AI tools like Codex/Kiro/Claude
● Basic understanding of LLM ecosystems
● Exposure to platforms like Amazon Bedrock is a plus
Good to have:
● Argo CD / GitOps
● Bash or Python scripting
● Experience with microservices
