Job Description

This is a remote position.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power the lifecycle of a loan - from disbursal to repayment to closure.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver reliable and scalable services.

  • Work with Java and Spring Boot to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

  • Support integrations with databases (MySQL), internal tools, and third-party services.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.

  • Good understanding of OOPS concepts and RESTful API design.

  • Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL preferred) and basic cloud usage (AWS or GCP).

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to own components end-to-end.

  • Eagerness to learn about financial systems and workflows.

  • Prior experience in fintech is a plus.
