Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Spearhead HR operations across North & West India.
- Understand & articulate our value proposition in terms of compensation, wealth creation, learning & growth for different employee segments across different regions.
- Employer Branding: Develop our employer brand through social media content & initiatives, making us a preferred choice for the right talent in the region.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop & execute the recruitment plan for field sales & for key roles at HO, ensuring we attract (& retain) the right talent.
- Employee Retention & Wellness: Design & implement initiatives to boost employee retention, wellness, & morale, ensuring a motivated & engaged workforce.
- Career Progression & Development: Craft & execute career progression plans that foster employee growth & align with our business objectives.
- Innovative Incentive Plans: Devise & implement non-obvious, cost-effective incentive programs that drive performance & engagement.
- Field Engagement: Engage directly with our teams on the ground, traveling to key cities to understand their needs & deliver impactful HR solutions.
- Understand that while employee empathy is important, company interests will always supersede everyone/everything else.

  • Scaling Experience: You've successfully managed HR functions during a company's transition from early stage to growth, overcoming challenges along the way.
  • Branding & Hiring Expertise: You've tackled employer branding & hiring challenges in competitive environments, with a track record of success.
  • Retention & Morale Initiatives: You've implemented effective strategies that have measurably reduced attrition & enhanced employee morale.
  • Cost-Conscious: You understand the importance of cost control & have experience designing initiatives that are both impactful & economical.
  • Creative Incentive Programs: You've created innovative, non-obvious incentive plans that align with business goals & minimize costs.
  • Postgraduate diploma/ degree in business management/ HR from a reputed institution.
  • 8-10 years’ experience (sales experience is a bonus).
  • Role is only work from office with travel.
