Job Description
Role Overview
indiagold is looking for an experienced Freelance Field Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for our growing sales team. The trainer will be responsible for equipping field sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and techniques necessary to drive lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management. This freelance role requires flexibility, with training sessions conducted in multiple locations, starting with Delhi and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver effective sales training programs focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion for indiagold's gold loan products.
- Conduct hands-on field sales training with a focus on practical application in real-world sales scenarios.
- Train new recruits and current employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Monitor trainees’ progress and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
- Tailor training content to local languages (Marathi preferred) and market-specific nuances.
- Collaborate with indiagold’s management to align training programs with the company’s sales strategy and objectives.
- Ensure post-training evaluation and follow-up to track improvement and impact on sales performance.
