Job Description
indiagold is looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts as we expand across various cities. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for field sales roles, sales trainers, and other key positions. The recruiter will collaborate closely with the HR and sales leadership teams to ensure we attract and hire top talent quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, local colleges, and other channels for indiagold’s field sales and related roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Develop strong relationships with local institutions and communities to tap into the best talent pools.
- Organize and manage walk-in drives and recruitment events in different cities.
- Collaborate with indiagold’s HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including number of candidates sourced, interviewed, and hired.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
