Job Description
As the Head of Inside Sales for indiagold, you will play a pivotal role in driving our inside sales strategies to achieve significant growth in the gold loan business. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in inside sales, particularly in financial products or related industries. You will lead, mentor, and manage a high performing inside sales team to achieve disbursement targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales/tele sales/outbound sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement inside sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our gold loan portfolio
- Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service throughout the sales process
- Sales Training: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to inside sales representatives
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are efficiently managed from lead generation to disbursal.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize the inside sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in inside sales/tele sales/outbound sales, with a strong background in selling financial products or similar industries.
- Proven track record of successfully leading inside sales teams and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the gold loan industry or financial products is a significant advantage
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
