Job Description
What does the role entail?
- Map every city indiagold operates in & drive DSA & Channel partner sign-ups across PIN codes/catchment areas.
- Ensure maximum partners generate business monthly (active partners).
- Ensure preferred relationship with partners.
- Craft commercials that serve partners interests while achieving our LTV:CAC targets.
- Enlist from existing field-force or hire new talent to drive sign-ups & business.
- Own the vertical P&L.
Requirements
Who is this person?
- 10-15 years of total experience in consumer lending or field sales led organisation/s with demonstrable experience in building, scaling DSA & channel partner networks.
- Loves being out of the field, meeting partners, customers, employees & growing the business.
- Should have spent 5-7 years as an individual contributor i.e. handled direct B2C sales.
- Should have direct & credible experience in building from scratch a growing mouth of funnel/demand pipeline.
- Should have hired, scaled & led field sales teams selling direct to consumer loan/credit products.
- Didn’t just inherit/run the business/infra that was given well but solved challenges & scaled business.
- Strong preference for credible experience in TN and/or KK, AP, TL, KER.
- Graduate or postgraduate with preference from good colleges.
- Should have grown/promoted in the same organisation/s.
- Excellent appraisal & increment history (top performer for last 5 years).
- Good with analytics & numbers.
