Job Description

What does it entail:

  • Own & drive the sales targets as per AoP by implementing a daily sales rigor in the field.
  • Make indiagold a sales led organization by driving & imbibing a performance led culture.
  • Continuously optimize incentives for employees & partners/affiliates to lower costs.
  • Ensure optimal headcount to meet targets; do correct forecast so as not to over or under hire.
  • Stay on top of sales numbers, always.
  • Ensure heterogeneity & predictability of demand pipeline by diversifying sales channels; remove spikes & randomness from business.
  • Keep close watch on competitive landscape & offerings & suggest changes to products/schemes when needed.
  • Keep sales teams motivated through required performance structures.
  • Establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher margin customers.

Requirements

Who is this person:
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales professional with a history of exceeding lead targets.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, influencing skills, and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams & external relationships.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Willingness to travel for relationship management if need be.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • DSA Demo/ present products to prospective clients and develop sales strategies from self or city souring.
