Job Description
What does it entail:
- Own & drive the sales targets as per AoP by implementing a daily sales rigor in the field.
- Make indiagold a sales led organization by driving & imbibing a performance led culture.
- Continuously optimize incentives for employees & partners/affiliates to lower costs.
- Ensure optimal headcount to meet targets; do correct forecast so as not to over or under hire.
- Stay on top of sales numbers, always.
- Ensure heterogeneity & predictability of demand pipeline by diversifying sales channels; remove spikes & randomness from business.
- Keep close watch on competitive landscape & offerings & suggest changes to products/schemes when needed.
- Keep sales teams motivated through required performance structures.
- Establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher margin customers.
Requirements
Who is this person:
- 5+ years of experience as a sales professional with a history of exceeding lead targets.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, influencing skills, and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams & external relationships.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
- Willingness to travel for relationship management if need be.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- DSA Demo/ present products to prospective clients and develop sales strategies from self or city souring.
