Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned & capable professional to lead our partnerships and business development team. The Head of Partnerships & Business Development will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and managing partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of fintechs & banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, including banks, financial institutions, and other fintech companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including C-level executives, to drive business growth and revenue.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
- Develop and manage a team of partnership managers and business development professionals.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field in the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
- Strong network of contacts in the banking sector, financial institutions, and other fintech companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
