What would you own

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Automating and improving customer success operations
  • Driving retention and yield
  • Managing compliance and audits
  • Handling customer requests and complaints

Your KPIs would be:

  • NPS, CSAT and Service Request TAT
  • Revenue Retention

Why is it important?

As one of the most important systems driving business bottom line, the operational and lending systems drive cash flows and growth.

What would an average day look like?

As a PM you participate in building the engines running our core lending and servicing operations. Your morning might include brainstorming/ suggesting new requirements with founders and business stakeholders.There would be some disruptions in your day (do expect given that this is a early stage role) wherein you would require handling customer escalations. By afternoon, you would be creating the architecture for lending and accounting systems with our in house engineering team. By the evening you might be crafting detailed PRDs and planning the short term and long term roadmaps.

Recruiting process

If shortlisted, the process would be 3 weeks long and would comprise of the following rounds:

  • Analytical Case Study
  • New Skill Test (how well can you pick up new functional skills/ knowledge and apply it)
  • Behavioural Round with Co-Founders

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Someone with good understanding of lending operations and customer success
  • Creative thinking to work on strategic retention projects
  • Experience working on Loan Management Systems/ Mifos/ Fineract
  • Strong financial analytics and communication skills
  • Ability to create structure out of ambiguity
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup. We are based out of Gurugram and Abu Dhabi
