Job Description
The perfect candidate would be:
1. From the gold loan industry.
2. Should be able to generate 3-5 Cr of business per month from self & team.
3. Should be able to manage a team of 6-10 people.
4. Can bring along his team of at least 4-5 LMs.
5. Has a customer base in Pune & must be working in Pune himself.
6. Should be comfortable with doorstep i.e. He may have to visit HNI customers for Loan disbursals.
7. Can manage NPA or Collections in the city.
Requirements
Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Gold loan Industry.
