Some examples of our innovation are – lending against digital gold, 100% paperless/digital loan onboarding process, computer vision to test gold purity as opposed to manual testing, auto- scheduling of feet-on-street, customer self-onboarding, gold locker model to expand TAM & launch zero-touch gold loans, zero network business app & many more.

Job Description
- Work with founders on key projects impacting business.
- Program manage & own the execution i.e., end output of key initiatives.
- Stay on top of business metrics, KPIs, P&L of the business & drive adherence of the annual operating plan.
- Drive through relevant teams cost optimization & revenue enhancement measures.
- Stay on top of key trends in the business w.r.t. competitions, regulations & new products/technology.
- Act as extension of founders/KMP on managing day to day exigencies.
- Stay connected with field teams & customers & ensure regular feedback comes back to the management.
- Independent charge with full empowerment & a potential to build a team around this role.
Requirements
- From tier 1 B-school and/or engineering college.
- Total experience between 4 - 8 years.
- 4-5 years of management consulting experience is preferable (not mandatory).
- Prior experience at a B2C startup in business, sales, CEO/founder’s office - with direct exposure & involvement in growth, improving financial health & profitability will be helpful.
- Data driven with excellent number & analytical skills (working knowledge of SQL & excel).
- Self-driven, high ownership mindset & strong bias for action.
- Comfortable with CXO interactions & also on the field.
- Strong attention to detail & an inherently curious mindset.
- Can recommend a course of action based on partial/imperfect data i.e., solution mindset.
- Multitasking is a must.
