Job Description
· Conducting audits on the servicerequests/ calls/ email/ chants/ managed by the CE & Sales, teams.
· Monitor calls to assess the quality& the performance.
· Sharefeedback on real time.
· Coordinating with the T&Q Lead ingathering feedback and converting it into a meaningful insight for theorganization.
· Preparing reports and insights fromboth perspective of – Product and Process improvements.
· Ready to travel, if required.
