Job Description
· Conducting audits on the service
requests/ calls/ email/ chants/ managed by the CE & Sales, teams.
· Monitor calls to assess the quality
& the performance.
· Share
feedback on real time.
· Coordinating with the T&Q Lead in
gathering feedback and converting it into a meaningful insight for the
organization.
· Preparing reports and insights from
both perspective of – Product and Process improvements.
· Ready to travel, if required.
