CloudTrucks is looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Broker Relations Manager to accelerate the company’s growth by establishing and developing business relationships in the logistics ecosystem. In this role, you will identify the highest impact partnership opportunities to expand the product and service offerings CloudTrucks provides drivers, brokers and shippers. As CloudTrucks continues to accelerate new driver growth, this role is critical to creating a compelling offering for new and existing drivers and segments of the market.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop a partnerships program to drive growth and retention for CloudTrucks drivers, with an initial focus on truck leasing, fuel and maintenance.

  • Program manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation and implementation.

  • Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated partnership proposals, go-to-market strategies and programs (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)

  • Identify opportunities to improve and grow partnership programs through process optimization and streamlining partnership operations.

  • Establish and measure KPIs that contribute to growth, retention and cost savings for drivers and CloudTrucks.

Broker Relationships

  • Develop a broker relationship program that positions CloudTrucks as a strategic, reliable and high impact carrier for brokerage freight.

  • Establish senior contacts at top freight brokerages.

  • Develop and expand freight opportunities for CloudTrucks and drivers, including dedicated freight, design partnerships, etc.

  • Partner with Operations teams to identify process optimizations to improve broker communication and load level processes

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new products and features that create value for brokers

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in Corporate Development, Partnerships, Strategic Account Management, Business Development at a technology, logistics or freight-adjacent company

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and possessing a strong sense of grit

  • You have a track record of establishing new programs through internal and external collaboration

  • Excited to represent CloudTrucks externally and build and maintain long-term relationships

  • Extremely organized, a strong communicator and possess strategic presentation skills.

  • Experienced in contract negotiation and management.

  • Passionate for solving complex problems and building scalable processes

  • You love thinking about problems from a fundamentals approach; you translate strategic vision into measurable success metrics and applicable plans

  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects to completion within tight deadlines
