We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Growth Operations & Enablement to join our team. This is a high visibility role – you’ll be interfacing directly with external partners and working closely with members of our product, technology, finance, and operational teams. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts and the development of new capabilities to deliver on Charlie’s growth agenda.

We’re building this function from the ground up, and you’ll help to lead the charge. The ideal candidate will have broad growth and distribution experience, the ability to work amidst ambiguity, and flexibility to adapt the role as we grow and expand.

You’d be joining a highly experienced group of founders including our CEO Kevin Nazemi, who served as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Oscar Health (NYSE: OSCR), and a company financially supported by some of the most respected FinTech Investors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary support contact with external distribution partners.

  • Own the onboarding process for new distribution partners including the setup and tracking in key growth platforms and facilitating training, as needed.

  • Manage the configuration of our growth and CRM tech stack - essential components of our marketing, sales, onboarding, and retention effectiveness.

  • Lead our campaign management strategy – event triggers and lead tracking, lead segmentation, sales and marketing campaigns, and performance reporting.

  • Own the relationship with our sales call center including the planning, forecasting, and training of new sales and marketing campaigns, and ongoing performance reporting.

  • Manage monthly invoicing and reconciliation processes with partners and internal finance teams.

  • Facilitate weekly and monthly growth reporting to senior leadership and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading and driving initiatives with little oversight – the tenacity to break down barriers and align people on a common goal.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners.

  • Demonstrated experience managing customer data and CRM platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and determining the ROI of growth-related efforts.

  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing conversions through multiple sales channels and highly fluent in sales attribution, CAC, and LTV.

  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing sales campaigns that involve the use of inbound, outbound, and warm transfer calls.

  • Solid knowledge of marketing and distributing a product through multiple external distribution channels.

  • A growth mindset – a clear and evidenced drive to improve performance through continued learning.

  • A BA/BS degree, MBA preferred.

  • Experience at a high-growth early-stage startup preferred.
