As a Business Development Associate at CashBook, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses adopt a smarter, digital-first way to manage expenses. You’ll engage with prospects, understand their pain points, offer the right solutions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This role is critical to product adoption, customer success, and overall business growth.

Who are we looking for?

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Self-starter with a customer-first mindset
• Quick learner and team player
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of tools or SaaS products (preferred)

What will you do?

• Engage with leads and conduct product demos
• Understand business use cases and recommend the right solutions
• Coordinate with the product and support teams for seamless onboarding
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions using internal tools
• Share insights to help improve the sales playbook and customer experience
