Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at CashBook in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, HR management, implementing HR policies and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Support employee relations, providing conflict resolution and guidance to managers and staff.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
• 2+ years experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
