This position will report into the Head of Growth and will play a critical role in helping Cadana achieve its growth targets by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis? 💼

The primary goal as an Account Executive is to drive Cadana’s revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in introducing Cadana’s solutions to new clients, as well as fostering relationships with decision-makers within prospective organizations.

Your mission is to:

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase how Cadana’s solutions address client needs in global payroll and workforce management.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contract terms to successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about global payroll and workforce management trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to position Cadana as a trusted industry leader.

Your profile? 😀

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
  • Consultative sales approach: able to listen to client needs and align Cadana’s solutions to their business goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic startup culture.

Nice to Haves

  • Remote-based position, but US Eastern Time Zone is preferred for ease of gathering with Cadana leadership and communication with our global team.
  • Experience in payroll, payments, or HR technology industries.
