This position will report into the Head of Growth and will play a critical role in helping manage our existing client base and support our account growth targets.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis? 💼

The primary goal as an Account Manager is to be the face of the Cadana business for our clients and ensure that their needs and strategic decisions are supported by the Cadana team, which in turn will support Cadana’s growth strategies.

Your mission is to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution by owning the process and collaborating across teams at Cadana.
  • Engage with leaders within our customer base to build and maintain strategic relationships. The Account Manager will serve as the advocate for the customer within Cadana and will proactively address their needs and concerns.
  • Actively monitor performance metrics of our customers with an eye on identifying areas for cross-sell/upsell opportunities and implementing strategies to drive success.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on all things related to global payroll compliance and operational efficiency, which requires the Account Manager to be updated on global industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to global workforce management.

Your profile? 😀

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success with an emphasis on exceeding cross-sell and upsell sales targets.
  • Customer-centric mindset: passion for delivering a white-glove customer experience for our clients through strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mentality.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: ability to collaborate across teams at Cadana, including product, sales, operations, and compliance, to drive your customer success initiatives.
  • You are a proactive individual with a high level of self-initiative and resilience
  • You are motivated by challenges and adaptable to change and working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are comfortable taking calculated risks in joining a fast-growing startup

Nice to Haves

  • Remote-based position, but US Eastern Time Zone is preferred for ease of gathering with Cadana leadership and communication with our global team
  • Experience in payroll or payments industries
