What will you do
As part of the product team, research, analyze, and define the product vision and execute the prioritized roadmap for your product area
Understand user pain points, gather inputs from multiple sources including potential customers, and connect them with business objectives to generate a product vision that will help Brick to better solve the customers’ needs
Define clear and well-scoped product requirements documents (PRD) that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
Set the product prioritization, monitor, and coordinate the product development process with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality products
Build relationships with stakeholders across Brick including partnership, sales, and marketing Managing go-to-market for new products, including messaging & launch plans
What do you need
Minimum 3 years experience in managing customer-facing products, preferably with a fintech / B2B background with a strong understanding of digital payment products.
Experienced in performing experimentation & driving product discovery process.
Confident communicator, high proficiency in communication skills, written and spoken (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
Good interpersonal and communication skills to critically identify problems early in the process.
Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
Familiar with API products and how they work.
Having a degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields is a plus
