About the Role
Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for fintech and payments? We are actively seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as our first Enterprise Consultant. In this newly established team, you will work closely with Brick’s founder and CEO to 1/ act as the payments subject matter expert for enterprise customers and 2/ develop new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
What you will do
Dive deep: Understand the unique needs and challenges of large enterprises in the payments space.
Become an expert: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Brick's payments APIs and infrastructure.
Be the bridge: Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Think creatively: Develop customizable solutions that leverage Brick's platform to address specific client needs.
Be a trusted advisor: Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Be a product advisor: Be the client champion by actively participating in shaping our product roadmap based on real-world client interactions.
What you need:
Have the equivalent of 2+ years of experience working with enterprise clients in a consultative capacity - this can be in consulting, pre-sales, sales, or after-sales.
Possess a broad understanding of the payments and fintech landscape.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy the challenge of building something from the ground up (0-1).
Are consultative in your approach and passionate about understanding customer needs.
Have a strong understanding of technology and are eager to learn about new solutions.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Are a team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Bonus points if you have direct experience working with payments APIs or infrastructure
