About you:
Brick is looking for proactive and highly passionate Business Intelligence young talent to contribute to democratising financial services in Indonesia.
What will you do
Perform data analyses and provide data queries
Conduct business case analysis and gather business insights
Assist with developing Reports and Dashboards
Research on advanced analytical capabilities and tools to improve data mining.
Work with Data Integration tools to help ingest data from different systems for reporting and analysis
What do you need
Bachelor's Degree, preferably from quantitative or IT major (Statistics, data science, mathematics, informatics engineering, computer science, etc)
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role (Business intelligence, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, etc)
Fresh graduates with some internship experiences are welcomed to apply
Fluency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge in SQL is a must
Good data wrangling and manipulation using Python is a must
Familiarity with Metabase, Looker Studio, Amplitude, and Hubspot is a plus
Having basic knowledge in data science is a plus
Familiarity with data analytics and data visualisation
Methodical and strong attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture
Persistence in crunching millions row of datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to do in-depth data mining
Good problem-solving skills
