Job Responsibilities:
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and customer needs, and translate those insights into product requirements and feature enhancements.
Assisting in the creation of product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute feature development.
Writing user stories, creating wireframes, and collaborating with designers to develop intuitive and effective product user interfaces.
Working with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, testing, and release.
Analyzing product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and feature development.
Collaborating with Business and marketing teams to develop product launch plans, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies.
Assisting in the development of pricing strategies, packaging, and positioning of products to maximize revenue and market share.
Required Skills:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, business, or marketing.
1+ years of experience with clients / user-facing Product Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar software.
Experience in software development, product design, or marketing is preferred but not required.
Strong customer-centric focus and ability to empathize with user needs.
