We are seeking a leader with strong product sense, and the ability to gather insights from data, customers, and internal stakeholders, and translate them into a compelling strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate with senior leaders, guide a team of talented PMs (2 onboard today), and ensure attention to detail and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a data-driven approach, effective communication, and customer-centricity.

- You have a proven track record of launching successful products and features
- You have led B2B products and understand the domain and needs of SMB, CPG founders, e-commerce, fintech, and/or payments
- You're an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, effective at navigating the organization and working cross-functionally across departments

- You're dedicated to coaching and developing team members
- You posses strong prioritization skills for balancing quick wins and large-scale initiatives
- You take a data-driven approach to decision-making and evaluation
