Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service executives, ensuring they provide high-quality service and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales.
  • Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • ​Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores and implement strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or related roles, preferably in the Fintech, banking, or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-led decisions.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
