Job Description

What does it entail
● Own & drive the sales targets as per AoP by implementing a daily sales rigor in the field.
● Make indiagold a sales led organization by driving & imbibing a performance led culture.
● Continuously optimize incentives for employees & partners/affiliates to lower costs.
● Ensure optimal headcount to meet targets; do correct forecast so as not to over or under hire.
● Stay on top of sales numbers, always.
● Ensure heterogeneity & predictability of demand pipeline by diversifying sales channels; remove spikes & randomness from business.
● Keep close watch on competitive landscape & offerings & suggest changes to products/schemes when needed.
● Keep sales teams motivated through required performance structures.
● Establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher margin customers.

Requirements

Who is this person
● Someone for whom field sales is second nature.
● 10 - 12 years of total experience in consumer lending or field sales led organizations.
● Should have spent 5-7 years as an individual contributor i.e. handled direct sales.
● Should have led field sales teams selling direct to consumer loan/credit products.
● Last monthly sales should be more than 500 cr + & AUM of 3000 cr +.
● Aggressive. Number driven. Hands on. Ownership mindset. 0 entitlement.
● Responsible for the overall sales & marketing activities.
● To prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and forecasts, plan & execute.
● Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
