What we are looking for
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our Payment products at Brick. This individual will focus on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the B2B sales process.
What you will do
Achieve sales targets and objectives by developing market penetration plans, planning sales strategies, and supporting the effort to close orders
Build relationships with potential clients and partners
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Track and report on sales progress and pipeline
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends
Provide product specific customer feedback (i.e., product features, functionality, competition, and possible sales results) to product line managers, Company management, or customer service personnel as appropriate.
Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions.
What you need
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in B2B/Enterprise sales with an emphasis on SaaS
Experience in Fintech or Financial Services and familiarity with Indonesian market
Comfortable / has past experience working with revenue quota as core key results
Demonstrated ability to develop sales opportunities in timely manner (hunting instinct)
Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
Exceptional communication skills; excellent verbal and written English & Indonesian
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives
